RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

BuchBerger Construction LLC (“BuchBerger Construction,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides construction, renovation, installation, repair, and related building services. Because our services often involve customized labor, project-specific materials, scheduling, and installation, traditional product returns may not apply.
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, materials, and project-related concerns are handled.
1. Construction Services
Construction services are project-specific and are performed according to an agreed scope of work, estimate, proposal, or construction agreement.
Once work has been scheduled or commenced, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on the terms of the applicable project agreement.
2. Project Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project before work begins, please contact BuchBerger Construction LLC as soon as possible.
Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation may result in charges for work already completed, planning, labor, administrative costs, special-order materials, purchased materials, delivery charges, permits, or other non-refundable project expenses.
Any applicable cancellation terms contained in the signed project agreement will take precedence.
3. Deposits and Payments
Deposits or advance payments may be required to reserve project dates, purchase materials, begin preparation, or mobilize labor.
Deposits are subject to the terms stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
Where a deposit has already been applied toward project-specific costs, those costs may not be refundable.
4. Materials and Special Orders
Construction projects may involve materials that are purchased specifically for a customer’s project.
Special-order, customized, cut-to-size, installed, delivered, or otherwise project-specific materials may not be eligible for return or refund.
Where a supplier permits the return of unused materials, any applicable supplier restocking fees, transportation charges, or other costs may be deducted from any amount eligible for refund.
5. Completed or Installed Work
Labor and construction services that have already been completed or materials that have already been installed generally cannot be “returned.”
If you believe completed work does not meet the agreed scope or contains a workmanship issue, please contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, addressed in accordance with the applicable project agreement.
6. Defects or Workmanship Concerns
If you have a concern about workmanship, materials, or completed work, please notify BuchBerger Construction LLC as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, project information, or an inspection to understand the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.
Where applicable, warranty obligations will be handled according to the terms of the applicable contract, manufacturer warranty, or written warranty provided for the project.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the amount and method of the refund will depend on the circumstances of the project and the terms of the applicable agreement.
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
8. Change Orders
Changes requested after a project has been approved or work has begun may result in additional costs, changes to the project schedule, or both.
Where applicable, changes should be documented and approved through a written change order before additional work is performed.
9. Third-Party Products and Manufacturer Warranties
Some materials, equipment, fixtures, appliances, HVAC components, plumbing products, flooring, fencing materials, or other products used in a project may be covered by manufacturer warranties.
Where applicable, manufacturer warranty claims may need to be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and procedures.
